One night was a Harry Potter theme. The kids all got to be sorted (all 3 ended up in Griffindor). They played Quiddich. In this picture Tanner is riding on his broom stick and trying to shoot a ball through the goal.
They went to potions class and made some gooey putty.
We got stuck in a thunderstorm, which is why Tanner looks drenched.
After some of the activities, they had to go to their favorite garden-the Secret Garden. Calla loves the water, but can't quite reach it to play in it.
Another week was Jello night. I think this was our most favorite. They fill kid swimming pools full of jello and let the kids have at it. Once the jello is all out of the pools, they keep picking it up off the ground and throwing it some more.
Anika snuck up behind Nathan, threw a huge handfull, then quickly ran away.
Calla discovered she LOVES sprinklers. This one was definitely one we will do again next year.
One day we decided to let Calla lead us around. We set her down just after we got inside the gardens, and followed her wherever she went. As you can see, she loved the attention and the freedom to do whatever she wanted. The other kids were totally entertained by the whole thing.
